proximity plug with battery
I am looking for feedback concerning autonomy of a node with proximity plug and a battery.
My project idea is to build a 868mhz rf piano.
I estimate 8000 push per day and send also a release state.
I will use sampling period of 64ms and 128ms after a timeout playing that correspond to 394uA (in the mpr084 datasheet) for 3 seconds per push and 205uA the rest of the time.
I think to stop sampling during the night when the gateway does not respond. Then the node need to ping once per minute trying to reconnect for the next day.
Has anyone got consumption figures of node + proximity plug ? Distance will be maximum 30 meters and the antenna is very close to the floor ground.
