Draw the outline of a circle in the colour chosen.

Parameters
x
0-127, the x coordinate of the centre of the circle.
y
0-63, the y coordinate of the centre of the circle.
radius
0-127, the radius of the circle.
colour
0 or 1, BLACK or WHITE. The colour you wish to set the pixels.
Notes
Please note that the size of the circle chosen by radius will extend either side of the centre coordinate. A circle drawn at 10,10 with a radius of 5 will extend from 5 pixels from the top left to 15 pixels from the top left.
