Oregon sensor data ... no matter what I try, all I get is CRES
I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask for help on this problem. I am desperate and people have been discussing similar problems here.
I have been using code derived from Dominique Pierre’s OOK Oregon V2 and Oregon V3 decoder (Arduino sketch attached). Although I plan on hooking it up to my Jeenode Micro’s, I have been trying without any luck to get it decoding my Oregon Scientific sensors. Like some other people, all I get is CRES decoding. Once, just once, I have seen an OSV2 decoded string.
I have tried three completely different 433mhz receivers. Right now I am using the more-expensive Aurel RX 4mm5 Receiver . If its a \$1.50 receiver or a \$20 receiver, the result is the same, all I get is CRES data decoded.
I have two sensors, an Oregon Scientific THGR122NX and a Oregon Scientific THN132N. The CRES decoded data is being picked up as the sensors transmit. Hooking up a low-end oscilloscope, it appears manchester data is correctly being sent from the data pin of the receiver.
I have tried different antennas, different Arduino clone, on bread boards, off breadboards, 3 receivers, 2 sensors. Nothing works. All I get is CRES data decoded regardless.
I have attached a photo of my latest attempt at getting this going … just in case I have missed something blindingly obvious.
If anyone can help I would be go grateful. I am about to throw in the towel because nothing I try seems to make the slightest bit of difference.

It does not display anything (I assume because its not able to decode the data).
